Maggi Productions is an independent graphic design studio based in the Chicagoland area, founded in 1990 by Laura Maggi. We have worked with companies to design and develop brand identities, collateral, websites and interfaces with marketing strategy in mind. Maggi Productions' extensive client list includes local, national and international companies; from small business start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, we cover the spectrum from fine art books to high-tech projects.

For more than 20 years, we have listened and understood our client's needs and taken hundreds of projects from concept to successful completion using our proven design process that achieves creative design solutions. Design is about creative problem-solving in a graphic form. It's about knowing when to follow the rules and knowing when, and how, to break them. We go beyond the obvious to give our clients a solution that fits and gets noticed. In a crowded marketplace, our design solutions stand out from the competition.

ABOUT | the designer

A bi-lingual first generation Argentinean-American, Laura brings a global scope and worldly sensibility to her clients. Laura has a BFA in Visual Communications from Northern Illinois University, with a minor in Photography and Art History, with additional course work at Northwestern University.

Prior to striking out on her own, Laura spent many years as an Art Director for an Architect/Interior Design firm where she designed many corporate identities, including the White Hen Pantry logo and department store signage systems. She moved onto a Creative Director position for an International Computer Hardware Manufacturer (vTech), where she established the US Visual Communications Department and developed their standards for consistent brand identity. Laura collaborated with marketing and product managers to launch new products and strategic marketing materials.

Laura resides in a Chicago suburb with her husband and daughter.
